The The Women’s’ Needs Assessment is an initiative of the World federation of KSIMC in conjunction with regional federations with the purpose of carrying out a worldwide evaluation on the various needs of women in communities and centres across the world in order to better meet their needs.
In order to develop the infrastructure of the project a variety of information from the regions on the types of services and provisions offered to women, between the ages of 18-60, in their respective communities is required.
This would include all areas and aspects of service and are not limited to:
- Education
- Employment & training opportunities
- Spirituality
- Family life
- Health
- Politics
- Jamaat participation
- Marriage
- Parenting
- Divorce
- Social interaction
In order to develop a full picture and gather information on areas that may have been covered within your Jamaat and also to look at the other needs that may have to be addressed, an online Women’s’ Needs survey has been designed for ladies across the various regions.
This questionnaire is part of the process which will allow the team to understand what women are currently offered and experiencing within their communities. Your views and comments are vital in assisting to develop programmes which would be beneficial to women. Please take a few minutes to complete the following survey: http://links.world-federation.org/WomensNeedsAssesment2010 . All responses will be private and confidential.
