Updated 29 June 2011

This week we would like to introduce you to our fourth mentor for this year's exciting Madinah and Bab Summer Course.

4. Mehdi Abdullah - Stanmore, UK

Mehdi was born in London and spent the first five years of his life in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Africa. He returned to London where he then completed his primary, secondary and university education.

He is currently finishing his 3-year degree in BSc Diagnostic Radiography and hopes to work in that field to offer services to the wider community.

Mehdi is an active sportsman and his hobbies include playing football, cricket, tennis, and table tennis, as well as reading and working on challenging puzzles.

Mehdi comments, "I went on the course last year as a participant and really appreciated the guidance of the mentors; I would like to pass as much of that guidance as possible on to the new students. It will also be an honour to serve the zawwar of Imam Reza (as) and experience a few days of Shahr Ramadhan in one of the holiest cities int he world."
