  • Half litre bottles of Mineral Water
  • Travellers' kettle
  • International plug
  • Tea bags, tinned or powdered milk,
    sugar etc.

  • Thermos
  • Throat lozenges, Cough Syrup
  • Glucose tablets
  • Pickles (if you require them)
  • Strong suitcase

  • Travellers' Alarm clock
