Zainabiya Yatim & Asir Sponsorship Scheme

The Zainabiya Yatim & Asir Sponsorship Scheme is a new section of the Zainabiya Child Sponsorship Scheme. This is a scheme that is solely for the purpose of providing education to the growing number of Muslim children who have been afflicted by war, i.e. the orphans and the refugees.

Though this appeal is an integral part of the overall ZCSS, we have created a separate sub-scheme within ZCSS to facilitate those who wish to donate specifically for the above cause or even allocate sadaqah for a scheme like this. Consequently, this fund should not be diluted by the normal ZCSS fund. 

In connection to this scheme, ZCSS are currently active in two parts of the world: Since February 2001, ZCSS has been subsidising a nursery school in Sarajevo, Bosnia. Furthermore, ZCSS has now embarked upon financing a school that is run solely for educating Iraqi refugees and orphans. 

The cost of sponsoring a child is GBP 13 or Can D 26 or  USD 20 per month. However, ZCSS would like to remind that although a full sponsorship is desired, it is not compulsory. Any amount donated to this scheme would make a difference.
