The current situation in Syria continues to get worse day by day and recent statistics state that there are over 2 million Syrian Refugees who have fled the country and many more millions within Syria who require humanitarian assistance.
The World Federation of KSIMC has been working with Syrian refugees since the start of the conflict in 2011. A number of families have benefitted from this appeal, including the following five families:

Furthermore, earlier this year, The World Federation also sent a team to Lebanon to film a documentary entitled ‘Syria’s Silent Victims’. This looks at some of the many families who fled Syria as a result of the conflict and are now living in Lebanon.
This 20 minute documentary is eye-opening and provides a true insight into what some of the families have gone through. This documentary is available on youtube for those who have not yet seen this.
