Sponsor a quake affected family 
for as little as £2.50 a day 

Almost three weeks after the earthquake, many of the hundred families from the three worst hit regions of Bhuj, Nagalpur and Mariya are now being relocated or housed in temporary shelters. In the meanwhile the relief efforts continue. Now we need to ensure that they are looked after until they are settled in their homes and have sufficient means to earn their living. We anticipate that this will take a period of some 12 months.

Thus, as the second step toward stabilizing the community in affected areas, the World Federation has committed to assist each family for a period of one year for their housing and basic needs as they begin to rebuild their lives. The average cost of sponsoring one family is UK £ 75 or US $120. This will pay for rent, temporary relocation and living expenses. 
Your generous timely contribution in sponsoring one family per year at the cost of UK£ 900 or 
US$ 1440 will go long way in assisting a needy family. You may send your contribution through your local Jamaats, regional organization or directly to the World Federation.
