Ten runners on behalf of the World Federation each ran ten kilometres to raise money and awareness for the construction and running of an Aeinullah Eye Clinic in Sadr City. They all managed to notch up excellent times; which are listed below:

9. Fatema Panju – 90 mins (walking)
10. Sara Jessa – 90 mins (walking)

The World Federation would like to thank the all ten runners, who performed so remarkably on 3rd July. We would also like to extend our thanks to the organisers – Executive Councillor Sister Sabira Lakha, as well as the YND Secretary Shan-E-Abbas Hassam, the sponsors who have donated generously; making sure that the Aeinullah Eye Clinic in Sadr City is a resounding success.

We pray that Allah (SWT) gives these runners and their sponsors the tawfiq to continue their noble efforts.
