Do I need to register a profile before donating?
No, but there are several advantages of registering such as:
- Pre filled details, such as name and address, will make donating easier
- Keep track of previous payments
- Create reminders
What happens if I forget my password?
Follow these steps
- In the login box click on the ‘Forgotten Password’ link.
- Enter your user ID (your email address) and then submit the form.
- The password will then be sent to your email address after it has been verified on our system.
How can I be sure the payment is secure?
Our secure-server software encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number and name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.
Do you store my credit card details?
No, we use the credit card details for the payment and then delete them from our system.
Will I get a confirmation that my payment has been received?
Yes, you will get a notification via email confirming your payment, therefore please ensure that you provide your correct email address.
What is WFs privacy policy?
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalised service. We may also use it to tell you about changes in our services, or about special offers you might find interesting. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

To claim Gift Aid / Tax Deductions on tax returns
UK
For donors who have already sigend the GAD with WF do not need to sign again. For those who have not yet signed GAD, they will have to do so only once.
Outside UK
Online donations using this system may not be tax deductible for those residing outside the UK. Donors residing outside the UK should contact their local jamaats should they require applicable deductions on tax returns.
