Hardware / Software / Network Support and Maintenance Contract - Deadline Extended to 15 August 2011

The World Federation is seeking bids to provide Hardware, Software and Network Support and to provide ongoing  Maintenance for its Office Computers.

We expect the bid to cover the following areas.

- resolution of hardware/software problems,
- telephone and remote support for user problems.
- apply security and software updates
- carry out regular maintenance and keep things running smoothly
- ensure that all data is backed up
- guide the organisation on how to manage their hardware and software
- deploy new hardware as and when required
- refresh existing hardware on scheduled cycle

The World Federation of KSIMC has its office in Stanmore, North London with 10 Desktop PCs running Windows XP / 7 and 1 Server running MS Small Business Server 2003. In addition to the office based network they have 5 remote staff distributed across the globe that need to be supported.
