The World Federation’s health objective is to alleviate the sufferings of those who live in poverty and destitution by providing them with primary healthcare and specialist treatments either free of charge or at minimal affordable costs.

The World Federation Health currently provides and/or supports the following:-
1. Primary Health Care Centres
2. Aeinullah Eye Clinics
3. Eye and Medical camps
4. Autistic Centre in Tanzania which is one of its kind in the region
5. Organising Medical Aid in disaster struck areas
6. Training of Social Workers undertaken to educate the public about basic health related issues in remote areas
