The President of The World Federation, Alhaj Dr Asgarali Moledina visited the UK from 13-23 July 2011.
During his visit, Dr. Moledina visited the CoEJ Secretariat Office and various Jamaats. He was accorded the opportunity to deliver speeches, meet Jamaat executives and interact with CoEJ constituent Jamaat members. He also met with various community members and organizations based in the UK.
On Thursday 14 July, Dr. Moledina accompanied by the Secretary General Shan E Abbas Hassam, Deputy Treasurer Sajjad Tejani and Africa Federation Councillor Amir Merali visited Birmingham Jamaat. They also visited the Al Mahdi Centre where they were briefed on the workings and curriculum of the centre. They also met the managing committee where the group discussed the programmes and projects of Birmingham Jamaat, including the Mehfile Abbas Project (MAP). Dr. Moledina also addressed the Jamaat and briefed the community on various aspects, including the Ramadhan Relief Fund and the Madressah Initiative, and various social issues facing the community.

On Friday 15 July, accompanied by CoEJ President, Dr. Husein Jiwa and Africa Federation councillor Amir Merali, the Office Bearers visited the Chelmsford, Essex Jamaat. The group met with the Executive Committee of MSI Jamaat of Essex and discussed plans for the new Ali Ridha (AS) Islamic Centre as well as the madressah programme.

On Sunday 17 July, Dr. Moledina addressed the Hujjat Jamaat at Stanmore Centre. At a very well attended gathering, he briefed the community on the on-going madressah project after the madressah retreat held in Dubai in February 2011. He also discussed the duty of paying Huqook and the increasing poverty in our communities in Africa.
