The World Federation unveils new responsive website

The World Federation has launched a new version of its website

The new responsive site is in beta testing phase and introduces major changes to the layout, fonts, spacing, iconography and colour schemes.

The aim of the updated website is to create a consistent, cohesive design and  a system to reach our community members locally and globally giving the  users a better online experience.

In addition it allows The World Federation to progressively enhance content for our community members and our ambassadors accessing on any devices, but still maintain the fidelity of the design so orientation and navigability of articles and fronts should be familiar to users on whatever device they choose to access our website with improved navigation. Other features include:

• Auto-complete searching
• Advanced donation management features
• User friendly donations facility
• Modern look and feel
• Single sign on (SSO), register once, gain access to the whole World-Federation Network
• Legacy donations

Our plan is that this will grow up to be a much better replacement for our current desktop site over the next weeks and months.

We are exploring ways in which the user interface will expand to offer our articles, media press and content that are clear to read with minimal distractions.

We welcome your valuable feedback and suggestions on how we can further improve our new website. To this end, a web form has been designed to collect user feedback and a new “button” namely “Beta” has been enabled on the current website.
