Resolutions from London Jamaat regarding Accounts, Effective Date of Amendment to the Constitution and Internal Audit.
Notice is hereby given that in compliance with clause 13 of the constitution, KSIMC of London has submitted the following resolutions to be tabled at the Tenth Ordinary Conference of The World Federation of KSIMC to be held in Dubai 15 - 18 September 2006.

Further to your email of 25th July, attached herewith please find Resolutions which the KSIMC of London wish to add to the agenda for the Conference and would appreciate if you could circulate them to all the members prior to the conference.

- IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that at each Executive Council Meeting, the Treasurer, or in his absence, a proficient member of the Treasury will present to the Meeting, the management accounts of the Federation for the period then ended, showing clearly the variances from the budget and explanations thereof together with the budget to cover the period to the following Executive Council Meeting, and attend to any queries or matters raised at the Meeting by the members of the Council.
- IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that in the event the proposed constitutional amendment 20.9 is adopted by the Conference, the amendment will be deemed to be effective from the term 2003-06.
- IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that within nine months hereof, a team of internal auditors, comprising not less than three members, is appointed by the Executive Council, terms of reference of which will be to peruse the internal controls of the Federation, and in particular to the controls relating to the disbursement of funds, report thereon, and make appropriate recommendations for the consideration of the Council, such recommendations to be implemented within nine months thereafter, if thought fit by the Council.
