Triennial Conference 2006 - Advance Information

The World Federation Triennial Conference for the end of the term 2003-2006 is scheduled to be held from Wednesday 13 September (19 Sha’baan) and ending on Saturday 16 September 2006 (22 Sha’baan 1427). It will be The Tenth Ordinary Conference as per clause 9.1 of The Constitution.

The venue of the Conference will be Dubai, UAE, as decided by the Fourth Executive Council in Dar es Salaam on Saturday 18 February 2006 as per Clauses 11 of The Constitution.
 
We request all members to go through the attached list and inform us if update needs to take place.  The list contains the entitlement for representation, deliberation and voting rights (as per clause 10 of The Constitution).  Any updates have to reach the World Federation Secretariat by 30 April 2006 at the latest.
