Conference Dates: 16 May to 18 May 2014 inclusive
90 days before the Conference – 15 February 2014

• Formal notice of Conference with date, place and proposed agenda to be issued by the Secretary General [as per clause 12.1]
60 days before the Conference – 17 March 2014

• Last date by which members are to be notified of any proposed amendments to the constitution [as per clause 17.2.4 b]

• For the Secretariat to comply with this Clause, Members are requested to send their proposed amendments to the Secretariat by 12 March 2014 purely for administrative purposes.
45 days before the Conference – 1 April 2014

• Last date for members to have items added to the agenda [as per clause 13]
