Diary of Events

Conference Dates: 27 May to 29 May 2011 inclusive

90 days before the Conference – 26 February 2011

  • Formal notice of Conference with date, place and proposed agenda to be issued by the Secretary General [as per clause 12.1]

60 days before the Conference – 28 March 2011

  • Last date by which members are to be notified of any proposed amendments to the constitution [as per clause 17.2.4 b]
    • For the Secretariat to comply with this Clause, Members are requested to send in their proposed amendments to the Secretariat by 21 March 2011 purely for administrative purposes.

45 days before the Conference – 12 April 2011

  • Last date for members to have items added to the agenda
    [as per clause 13]

Presidential Elections 2011

  • The Electoral Commission has already issued [see attached] a time line for the Election of The President of The World Federation
