We pray that this finds you in good health and spirits.
 
The Federation of KSI Jamaats of Africa would like to submit the following Resolution to be tabled at the World Federation Conference to be held in Dar-es-Salaam from 27th to 29th May 2011.
 
This Conference, proposes a more meaningful and transparent mechanism to provide for administration costs without the need of an upfront administration levy on monies received by the World Federation.

IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED that The World Federation shall charge the actual costs incurred or accrued for receiving, transferring, and utilizing such monies as part of the Secretariat expenses using an overall budget presented to The World Federation Executive Council for approval from time to time.

IT IS ALSO RESOLVED that the upfront levy shall no longer apply as hitherto.
