The World Federation has had an outstanding history of supporting those individuals needing health care, through the running of several Health Centres and Eye Clinics worldwide. A key area currently given particular attention is promotion of public health, as per the saying ‘Prevention is better than Cure’. As an example, we support projects that promote provision of safe drinking water in developing countries. We believe in offering sustainable solutions, and serving in areas where needs are high and relevant services low. Some of the objectives include:

•  Develop, in co-operation with all regions, a comprehensive health strategy for the community
• Primary healthcare for ZCSS schools
• Identify links with insurance companies to provide preferential rate for insurance for community members where applicable
• Identify appropriate access points for high quality low cost providers for access globally
• Baseline Assessment on Hajj Medical Mission that brings coordination across the community
• Needs assessment for elderly
