YEARLY ANALYSIS OF PATIENTS TREATED

Out of the total 163 patients 84 went on to receive specialist treatment.

We would like to draw the attention of our community at large to the fact that:-

  • Heart disease and Cancer remains the biggest killer in our community.
  • Several cases of Thalassaemia Major have come to us for treatment and the incidence is rising.
  • The incidence of cancer of all organs is alarmingly increasing.
  • HIV & AIDS is spreading in our community like wild fire and number of deaths is increasing every year.
  • Drug abuse is very common amongst our youngsters. 

World Federation resolution requires all member jamaats to ensure that all prospective bride and grooms are tested for HIV and Thalassaemia.
