External Tableegh to Somali Community in East Africa

Imam Mohammed Baqir (as) has said: ‘One who saves another person from being led astray and guides him towards the right path, is as if he has given life to the whole of mankind.’
The World Federation recently supplied just under 500 books to the Somali community in East Africa.


The small Somali Shia community has been a regular victim of malicious and non-authenticated rumours and accusations from anti-Shia Wahhabis. To aid the community against such attacks, The World Federation sent the following books to the Somali community in Nairobi:

• Nahjul Balaghah
• Nazariat Adalat al-Sahabah
• Al-Muraji’at
• Laqad Shayya’nil Hussain (as)

The World Federation would like to thank Al-Hajj Jawad bhai Khaki and Al-Hajj Ramzan bhai Nanji for facilitating this noble endeavour, as well as those who donated towards this cause.
