The Islamic Education Board (IEB) of the World Federation wishes to recruit a Muballigh Training Administrator to manage and administer the main office of the Muballigh Training Institute which is due to open in Damascus in September 2007.

Duties of the MTA will include:
• Addressing student needs
• Monitoring and providing progress reports
• Developing office systems and processes
• Providing support to staff and teachers
• Maintaining budgets and accounting procedures
• Liaising with agencies in Syria

Candidates will ideally have:
• Working knowledge of Arabic
• Experience of working in an Islamic/Muslim organisation
• Attended Hawza classes
• Experience of the global KSI Community
• A University degree holder

Candidates will be expected to be:
• Self starters and able to work on own initiative
• Possess experience of office administration
• Good communicators
• Able to work with a team ethos
