The Islamic Education department recently allocated 5000 publications on various Islamic topics to Tableegh institutions in East Africa.
The books will be distributed throughout the region via the Dar es Salaam Tabligh board where they will be made available for use by the general public. It is hoped that through more availability of this type of literature, more people will be attracted to the teachings of the Ahlul Bayt (as).
The books were sent to:

Dar es Salaam, Tanga, Moshi, Mwanza, Bukoba, Zanzibar, Arusha, Dodoma,Songea, Kigoma, Lushoto, Morogoro

Mombasa, Matunga, Nairobi, Nakuru, Lamu

The Tabligh Board Chairman of Dar Es Salaam, Sh Mehboob Somji commented; “Once again we would like to appreciate your efforts in sending various titles of Islamic literature. The books once again sent by IE-WF were distributed to more than 40 centres in East Africa and we also managed to send some to South Africa (Durban & Cape Town). We hope that in future you will continue sending more Islamic literature for this area."
