Africa Relief hosts a Telethon on ABTV this Sunday

This Sunday join Africa Relief, and Ahlulbayt TV to see human suffering caused by the famine and drought in East Africa.

Africa Relief is The World Federation’s campaign to provide humanitarian care to drought and famine victims in East Africa. To increase the awareness of the situation in East Africa, a telethon is being held on Sunday 8th January 2012 between 2 - 4pm.

The programme will share the plight of millions of people in the Horn of Africa, who continue to face food shortages and lack access to basic resources. We hope by sharing with you their stories, we can all participate in helping to ease their suffering.
