I, the Electoral Commissioner have decided to issue this communiqué as a matter of urgency.

Any person who wishes to make any observations, comments or complaints with regards to the Elections anywhere in the world especially the Elections in Gujarat can do so by writing to me in STRICT CONFIDENCE at my private email address mmtsomji@tz2000.com

It has come to my attention that emails are being leaked out and the authors of these emails are being intimidated to withdraw their concerns.

This conduct is not be tolerated and hence this communiqué.

I assure all that any communication to me will be kept confidential.
