Conference Dates: 23 October to 26 October 2009 inclusive

90 days before the Conference – 25 July 2009

  • Formal notice of Conference with date, place and proposed agenda to be issued by the Secretary General [as per clause 12.1]

60 days before the Conference – 24 August 2009

  • Last date by which members are to be notified of any proposed amendments to the constitution [as per clause 17.2.4 b]

45 days before the Conference – 8 September 2009

  • Last date for members to have items added to the agenda [as per clause 13]
