As part of The World Federation 2011-2014 Partnership for Progress – Action Plan, it is imperative to develop a strategic educational plan that would endeavour to support current provisions, fine-tune existing systems and introduce new bespoke programmes that would secure educational excellence throughout our world-wide community as well as community run schools that exist in various regions.

Due to the intricate nature of the two projects and the need for a medium to long term plan with education establishments across our jamaats’ school’s leadership teams, a long term vision has and always will be of paramount importance.

The need now arises for members of our community to come forward and embark upon helping us with the two projects outlined below.

The World Federation is looking for a volunteer to write a paper on the following topics.  The purpose of the paper is to develop initiatives to determine how the community can ensure that we are prepared to assist and facilitate our young members who may wish to explore such opportunities in the years ahead:

1. Identify careers of the 2020s and 2030s in Europe, North America, Africa, India and Pakistan.  Research in to this topic can assist the youth of our community specialize in careers which will be suitable for them as well as be progressive financially and academically.

2. Undertake horizon scanning of education.  This will identify merging trends in education and examine how these can be leveraged within the community.

With the growing talented and inspirational professional community that we have, The World Federation is seeking ambitious students or professionals to come forward to assist in researching these two areas and actively involve themselves into realising the transformational change for our children on a purely voluntary basis.

We have learned that the best platform for education to flourish is when educationalists work with, and alongside non-educationalists. Individuals from all backgrounds are encouraged to come forward and send their thoughts.
