Further to my circular Conf/6/09 of 26 August 2009, I append below some parts which requires your urgent attention.
I shall be grateful if you will please provide the names of Councillors and Delegates who will be attending the 2009 Conference in Toronto by Friday 25 September 2009 at the latest. For your ease the table below reflects the number of Councillors and Delegates who can attend the 2009 Conference.
I shall be grateful for your fullest cooperation in this matter.

All Councillors, Delegates, Invitees and Observers are requested to confirm their attendance by the deadline of 10 September 2009 by emailing their confirmations to wf2009toronto@gmail.com with a copy to Secretariat@world-federation.org
