Students' Guide - Jamaats & University Information

The KSI community is truly an international community due to the migrations, be it by force or simply for better opportunities that have taken place over the last 130 years. Although the initial migration was from India to Africa, more recently over the last 35 years there has been migration from Africa and India/Pakistan to North America and Europe.

Wherever the community has settled it has built centres for socio-religious activities to preserve and guard the religious and cultural identity. The organisational and the entrepreneurial skills, along with the generosity that it is renowned for, have benefited the country of settlement and the Muslim communities at large. With the advent of Internet and modern technology, giving easy access to information, travelling or migrating to the unknown destinations are a thing of the past. 

To assist and aid our community, especially the prospective students, we have created a central hub of information giving details on our communities and the educational institutes to their proximity. This will serve the purpose of:

• Students, wishing to study overseas, to be able to choose a university or a school near our centre.

• By providing information on our communities, settlement can be near a community, which has the obvious benefits.

• The information provided will assist holiday or business travel.
  

The information will be constantly added and updated and visitors are requested to email us if they can provide additional information or can point out amendments.
