The Muslim Council of Britain (MCB) is holding its 3rd Leadership Development Programme on Saturday 10 May 2008 from 10am to 5pm at Latimer Place. This unique course aims to develop the participant’s ability to operate effectively within the political forces that underpin organisational structures. By observing and distinguishing behavioural signals, interpreting them correctly and acting with greater confidence, we can engage with both emotional and political intelligence.
Shakespeare's great political play, Julius Caesar provides fascinating insights into the challenges facing modern leaders. How can we effectively influence others? How can we survive organisational power struggles? Can we develop political intelligence without sacrificing integrity? The leaders in this story fail. We learn from their mistakes.
The cost of this programme is £85 per person and includes lunch. Acceptance will be on a first come first served basis and is limited to 40 participants. Please register early to avoid disappointment.
